Dual Pane windows

We have a 2014 Montana purchased new near Chicago. Recently a window has started fogging between the two pieces of glass, indicating the seal has failed. I see no obvious means of removing the window to replace it. Went to the local CW (Charleston, SC) to ask about it and noone there ever heard of dual pane windows on a fiver. They say that must be a Northern feature. Two questions: How do I remove the one window and can a glass shop make me a new one? The window is in the dinette slideout and opens; hinged at top and swings out.

Since you're in Arizona, you might want to touch base with RV Glass Solutions in Phoenix. http://www.rvglassexperts.com/side_windows.html

They advertise that they can repair any "insulated" RV window and will guarantee it for 2 years against fogging or seal creep. Might be cheaper than buying a new window ???
