Ceiling Fan Question

We have a 2014 Bullet Premier 22RBPR that we purchased a few weeks ago. Does anyone know who is the manufacturer of the roof vents? The roof vent in the shower area has a integral fan. The roof vent in salon does not have a fan. Is it possible to add a fan to it? Thanks, JR

Are you just trying to add a vent with a fan like the bathroom, or an upgraded vent with a multi speed fan?

Pretty much all vents are 14"X14" so your choices are wide. You can get exhaust only, out/in in three speed or 10 speed. Thermostatically controlled, auto close in rain, etc. since they are all 12VDC, finding power may be as simple as tapping into the nearest ceiling light or fishing wire from another constant hot source.

I happen to have two Max air 10 speed reversible at opposite ends. There are a couple of different brands, so enjoy shopping.

If you bought from a dealer, hopefully he'll be a fountain of wisdom... and info maybe... If not, try Keystone Customer Relations, they're inconsistent in their answers, but you may get lucky! Your best bet is probably right here.

There are, as mentioned by Chuckster several options... but it will all hinge on 12 volt power at the roof vents, or near by. I would definitely consider doing better than the feeble cheap "bathroom" type vents. Waste of money IMHO!

Assuming you have 12v at least one roof vent. You can decide on a choice of options. The one choice I would advise is forget "Rain Sensor" only if you put on a compatible Hood. Also consider a Maxx Air hood for the bathroom vent, or any vent that you plan to use with or without a fan.

Our rig spends most of the time in New England, but our "Hooded" roof vents are open year round, rain or shine. We've never had stale air or mildew in over 35+ years of campers.

Good luck, and enjoy your new rig!
