Floor Damage

Hi all, we own a 2007 Keystone Springdale TT and here's our issue that we're hoping we can get some advice on. At the end of last season we noticed the floor towards the rear of the trailer had a soft spongy like feel to it. It was too late to really get into it so we closed it up and tarped the the top for the winter. Well our season just opened up and now I'm looking to tackle this and repair the floor and search for the water leak. Any advice or past experiences that could help would be greatly appreciated.

I have general ideas and knowledge. Fixing the floor is not difficult cut out what is ruined and replace the flooring with something you want. The hard part may be finding the leak that caused the problem. Remember water always runs down. It could from a roof leak, window leak etc. Water can be running down inside the walls and not show signs on them. Check around where the walls connect to the floor on all sides near that wet area for water. Good luck
