I would think you would want to use a full/double sheet and just tuck the excess under the bed. That's what I do on my full size corner cut bunk beds. You wouldn't have that much excess.

I inquired about having some sets made and the lady quoted me $160 per fitted sheet! I decided to continue tucking mine under, lol.
