Question Low heat output

In late November 2016, we purchased a Passport Elite19rb. Living in central Indiana, I was able to use the camper only one time before winterizing it. So using the furnace just for a couple of nights I noticed the duct farthest away from furnace had very little air movement and the furnace cycled a lot. This is a 19ft trailer in side so that run is not that long. My brother in law just got a 29 ft Keystone trailer and his furnace works more efficient. Could there be a crimped duct, something is not right. Would like some advice.

Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. I think you may be right on the money with your heat issue. Since it's still new I'd get it back to the dealer now so warranty can take care of it. That way you'll get it back in time for camping this spring.

I found a similar issue the first time I used mine. One vent had almost no air flow. It ducting was disconnected.
