Location of water heater?

Cananyone direct me to the location of our hot water tank? We have a Keystone Passport 3290 BH, 2014.
Thanks for any help. We need to drain the tank and do some stuff to get rid of smelly odor.

It is located directly beside the furnace, under the range. You can access the "outside parts" by opening the water heater door and can probably access the "behind the water heater" valves and plumbing by looking under the sink at the cupboard wall/divider that separates the right side of the sink cabinet from the range cabinet.

There is an access "door" to your HW heater which is located on the exterior of your RV.
The hinged door is held in place by a nylon twist lock. The door has two sets of vents -- one is louvered, the other a screen.

Open the door and near the bottom of the water tank you will see a drain plug. You will need a wrench to undo the plug and I would suggest that you open it slowly and stand back when you get near the end to prevent yourself from getting an unexpected shower.

Remove the drain plug which, if it is a Suburban heater, also acts as an anode. Remove the anode/plug and if it is badly eaten away, replace it.

Hope this helps

Add: Before you drain the water from the tank, be sure that the switch that provides 110vac to the tank is OFF or disconnect shore power.

Metal plug (anode rod) is 1 1/16" socket. Plastic plug is 15/16" socket.

Thanks for the advice. My husband watched a few videos of flushing and sanitizing the hot water tank and decided he didn't want to use his limited vacation/weekend time to accomplish this.

We have the local RV service handle it as it turned out to involve leaving the tank to sanitize for 24 hours.

Now I should have a happy, relaxed husband and odor-free hot water for $90! A win-win in my opinion!
