Small solar panel mount?

So I have been searching on the internet and this forum for ideas on how to mount a small solar panel when I am parked in the storage lot.

I bought a panel like this http://m.northerntool.com/shop/tools...6972_200496972. I park the trailer with the tongue facing East and the rear facing West.

And ideas of pictures of what you guys/gals are doing would be great.

Thanks!

I don't want to be the "bearer of bad news" but that solar panel won't charge your RV battery. The maximum output voltage of that device at max power is 5.65V. It is designed to use with USB powered 5 volt devices, not 12 volt deep cycle battery systems. You will need to obtain a 12 volt solar system designed for deep cycle battery use.

ADDED: Additionally, in the Safety Precautions, it states to avoid getting the device wet. If it does become wet, unplug the device and do not use it until it has been dried. Trying to mount that on the roof of an RV and remove it every time it rains (or there's a heavy dew) would be very difficult.

Your first link will charge your phone pretty well, your second link doesn't show much but everything that they have on sale.

Check out my solar mount 10/30/13. I use a 100 watt panel mounted on the front roof. Maintains the batts all winter and whenever we are off grid. Happy camping and use the sun's power!!

The instructions included state the unit is weatherproof.

I am looking for some non roof mount ideas. Some kind of way to just easily mount it when in storage and take it off when traveling.

Solar

Hello,
These guys say they have a removable mount: https://rvsolarstore.com/index.php?r...tegory&path=39 I haven't used them, but they may be what you're looking for.
