Factory tour

I emailed Keystone about a factory tour per this webpage:
https://www.keystonerv.com/factory-tours
but
the email was returned as undeliverable because the
email address "couldn't be found".
Then I called the phone number listed and got a generic
answering machine response asking me to input the extension
of the person I was trying to reach.

Is Keystone still offering factory tours? How do you schedule one?

As far as I know, the Goshen plant is still conducting tours. The schedule "rotates" between 4 different RV facilities as listed on the website. It's a "luck of the draw" whether you schedule the week that one of the four groups is going to conduct the tour. Tours are conducted by a member of the management team from the brand that will host the "line walk" for that week.

Tours are NOT conducted during "normal line hours" but after the line shuts down for the day. There may be a couple of workers "finishing up a job" but the majority of the line will be a "ghost town"...

I just sent an email to the address on the webpage asking about the schedule at 10:05 this morning. So far it has not returned, so are you sure you copied the address correctly??? As for the phone number, the "phone tree" is like any business, if you know the actual number, you can dial that person and get their "voice mail box" to leave a message. If you don't know a specific extension, you get the "general voice mail"... The plant is open on the following schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) and Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (ET). If you call at any other time, there is no "operator assistance" nor a "manned switchboard" so you'll get "crickets on the other end"....

The plant tours are a part of the customer service responsibility, so call during those hours and maybe check the email address you used to be sure it's correct.

To my knowledge, unless there has been a recent change, the west coast Pendleton facilities do not conduct any tours.

Sent Sunday @10:30AM and answered by Keystone Monday @8:31...

That's the fastest response from Keystone that I think I've ever received...

Remember, the entire plant shuts down for vacation sometime around the July 4th holiday. They're shuttered for two weeks, but I think that changes from year to year. It may be the week before the 4th and that week or it may be the week of the 4th and the following week. So, check to see if they'll be open before you make any firm plans...
