2011 keystone sprinter trim paint

It is out of the 1 year warranty but the black window trim on the door is already fading off, is it just my problem or would keystone fess up, I purchased it in november 2010.

The entry door exterior window trim is a hard plastic material which can/will fade & weather over time if left untreated.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but... upkeep & maintenance is an owner's responsibility, not a manufacturer issue.

I'm sure there's other brands available, but we use: Mother's (brand) Back-to-Black

Keystone doesn't make those window parts. They purchase the entire door assembly from one of their suppliers and simply install it in their trailers. So, unlike some of the items that Keystone actually builds from scratch, I'd be hesitant to point the finger at Keystone alone.

It might be worthwhile to contact your dealer and see if Keystone got a batch of poor quality doors back then. If they did and they know about it, they may have a solution to offer to you.

And, I do agree with KanTC that there is some owner obligation, too.

I will try and do something with it, just ot very old and i have washed it regularly. And it was not cheap in price.
