Keystone's only "real responsibility" in a warranty issue like yours is to pay the dealership to repair it (if it is a warranty issue) There are probably 6 or 8 different faucets used in the Sprinter lineup depending on when it was run down the assembly line. Even then, if there was a day when that particular part wasn't available, the line most likely substituted another faucet to keep the line moving.
So, the best way to get a part for a broken faucet is either to take the trailer to the dealership and have them look at the faucet to determine which one it is and replace the part/faucet or sell you the parts so you can do the repair. Short of that, if you can, remove the faucet from the trailer and just take it to the nearest RV service department. Invariably, all RV's use the same brand components so even a competetor dealership can get you the right parts. They have catalogs with the parts available vs the assembly needed to return the faucet to service.
You will probably find that it would be cheaper to go to WalMart, Lowe's or HD and simply buy another faucet rather than spend the money, time and effort on driving to the dealership and doing that "song and dance"
