Water leak, 2013 Bullet 248RKS

We have been pleased with warranty service received at RV Outlet in Georgetown, TX. Have had several minor issues addressed, all under warranty, and also had a biggie -- a water leak across the entire front (bedroom) of the travel trailer. Not fun to clean up when camping at the beach! When we returned home we found we had received a recall notice in the mail but it was a bit too late for us. Problem was repaired quickly and we received a new mattress that was better than the original. We also got a phone call and email from Keystone customer service. We've camped in the rain several times since then and have had no further problems.

We had leak in the front wall/roof seam on our 2013 246rbs as well. Dealer just finished replacing the entire front wall, inside and out and installing the seam recall kit. Now we will see about any more leaks.

Make sure to check the front panel for dents or soft spots. Its it was leaking for a period of time the two pannel will seperate. We had that same issue with our bullet and it end up going in twice. Once fo repair whiched fixed the leak then 4 months later for a new front pannel.

premier FB19PR air conditioner leaking

Because of the arched roof and poor quality control, if you find a leak near front starboard side of trailer and leakage near the entry door, check the mounting bolt torque on the air conditioner. When they install them, they use a cheap neoprene foam gasket to seal with no sealant...if it gets loose at all then you will get a large leak in a otherwise great roof. Another problem area is the tv antenna and rear plumbing stack. Check all of these every year

We are at the beach in our 2013 hideout 29BHS and just removed an inch of water from the main electrical cord locker - luckily it did not short the electrical... Looks to be coming in the plastic cord fitting that allows the cord to exit the RV (we'll see tomorrow during the daily beach rain now that I have the cabinetry opened up). The wood cabinetry around it is soaked and quite damaged. We will survive this vacation but then it will be time to test the Keystone warranty.

Glad to hear about RV Outlet. We're about to bring out TT back from east Texas to San Antonio and need to stop somewhere other than the dealer in Houston to get the recall taken care of. Thanks
