Thumbs down turning the lights down

Does anyone have an easy way to reduce the brilliance of the LED lights over the theater seating? Thought of replacing the lights with a lower lumen or getting a dimmer switch (preferred). I do not see any way to open the light housing either.

Many led bulbs are not dimmable. Dropping the voltage below the rated voltage will cause them to burn out

You could try theater light gels cut to fit. They are designed for high temperatures and are available in a wide range of colors including black/grey. Easily searchable on Amazon.
