GE 12v Fridge

I have a 2021 Keystone 328RL. It has two 12V GE refrigerators, model GPV10FGNBBB. I think the last B is for black. My problem with one of them is the fresh food section is not cooling at all. Meanwhile, the freezer seems to run constantly and will peg a thermometer to the minus. I have had 2 people look at it, but neither of them solved my problem. Has anyone else had this problem? I've got a new thermostat on order in hopes that might solve the problem. Anyone replaced the fridges with another brand?

Only thing I can recommend is checking if the circulation fans are functioning properly and or flow blocked. This was an issue with some Samsung home fridges a few years ago.
