Replace the fuse first. The outrageous tech’s pricing puts him (IMHO) in the untrustworthy category, and casts doubt on the “water damage” causing the entire board needing to be replaced. I would have no issue with ordering a new board as a backup plan…..then if replacing the fuse works, keep the board in the spare parts inventory for later.
