Everchill fridge not cooling

We have a 2022 Springdale 251BH with the 10.7cu ft 12v fridge.

It’s been fine all year until this past week when the fridge doesn’t cool down anymore. It might be cooling very slightly or just still be a bit cool after shutting down a few days ago. The freezer seems to work just fine.

Usually the light under the coldness setting blinks and sometimes it’s solid. Holding the Set button for 10 seconds turns off all the lights temporarily and then groups of them light up afterwards for a bit seemingly at random.

Any ideas what might be causing the issue? The manual has no instructions and doesn’t even explain what solid vs blinking lights mean.
