One and only key broke
Hey all, trying to get one of my storage bins open, key broke in the lock. Was my only one! As its in my yard no worries for right now anyway, I take it I'll have to replace all. Older 2006 model.

If key broke in lock, it should be unlocked. Use screwdriver to unlock compartment. Remove lock and take to locksmith. Or buy set of new ones on Amazon.

If it’s a one sided key, odds are it’s a CH751. You can use a dental pick to get it out. Keys are available just about anywhere.

Not so lucky, that's why it broke, key opened all but that one.

If it is a standard CH751 key you can buy them on Amazon. They only keep honest people out. On most RV’s, the only unique key is usually the entry door deadbolt.

Does the part of the key left in your hand say CH751? If so, use Amazon search phrase "CH751" as mentioned above.
If the key is not a CH751, there is probably both a name and number on the piece in your hand. Though the number may be on the part stuck in the lock. Again, do an Amazon search with both the name and number. By the way, Harbor Freight sells a set of cheap dental picks.
Can you post a picture of both sides of the key head?

Wow!
Thanks all.. I would have NEVER thought of searching Amazon. It is a global link key, and with the #, popped right up!

Glad you found it. One of the first things I did when we bought this trailer was to replace all the locks to the same key. I really found it irritating to carry several keys and identifying which key (2 keys for each door & 1 for everything else) opened which door.
A couple of decades ago with a different trailer I discovered that my pass thru was cleaned out by someone with common CH751 key. It happened over the winter and since the lock/door wasn't broken into everything looked fine during my periodic checks. That's when I discovered the "universal" lock/key used in the RV industry. I found rvlocksandmore.com and ordered all new locks keyed alike. It made camping less frustrating using one key. Each lock came with 2 keys so I ended up with a bag full of spare keys.

Back in my dealership days, Grand Designs was using Bauer locksets for the entry door and compartments. 1 key for both and the pass key didn’t work on the compartments making them even more secure.
