Blackstone!
Took out the useless capital grill and replaced it with a 22” blackstone!!!

Good job and happy cooking! Never had a capital grill but have seen a few up close, I think you will like that Blackstone much better. Now, if just get you some skirt steak, onions, peppers etc. for some fajitas, whip up some fresh flour tortillas and pico de gallo and grate some cheese....well, guess I'm gonna have to cook something. Enjoy the mod.

How much work was it to upgrade? Does it fit into the same location with the slide out drawer?

The 22" Blackstone is the exact same width as the Capital grill. You can mount it using the same slides.
