John described it. There's also videos available. Another thing - make certain you've at least two full tubes of grease as you'll be replacing the grease that's in there already. You'll need a lot of paper towels to take the old that's forced out into the cup around the zerk. Don't leave a lot in there and keep pumping until you see clean stuff.
