slide maintenance

Just got my first TT with slides (Cougar 26BRS), & would like to request some knowledge from those more experienced on maintenance, care, etc?

This site also list all of the recalls and notifications on Keystone campers for us to review.

I've always just kept them as clean as possible, never close them if you know that leaves or debris are present. For cleaning, washing with the soap and water (I've always used the soap w/wax in it) then armor all the rubber seals and wiper blades. If it's kept as clean and soft as when it was picked-up, can't go wrong in my humble opinion. Slide adjustments may be needed from time to time, but that's not something that I wish to do, bring it to the dealer.
