Type of satellite setup?

The dw and I are considering satellite for our fiver. The question is which setup works best? The rv mounted or the portable type? I know there are pros and cons to each, but which seems to work better? Some insight to each would be much appreciated.

I use the VuCube 2000, works great with Direct TV. We usually are camping around alot of trees and just have to find an opening to the southern sky and were good to go. The only thing I worry about is it walking off some night. Happy Campin...........Ron

Since I am a dish customer I went with the new Dish tailgater and a new HD receiver from Dish. The Tailgater has received some good reviews on other forums from other users of the Tailgater that I have read about, so I purchased one. I will find out Sunday how it works since I am installing this in the 5er and setting up the HD receiver.
BTW I am selling the Wineguard Carryout MP1 satellite along with the dish receiver box for the Carryout MP1 satellite that I have.

I just installed a HD Slimline SWM dish for DirecTV for the same season. I figured if I had something installed on the rig I would be a slave to my location. This way, I have some flexibility where I set up to get a clear shot. I am using the same HD DVR I had at home and my signal is crystal clear, set up was painless!
