Electrical Problems

Any thoughts about why converter only puts out about 7 volts when battery is disconnected?? I out of circuit.was led to believe that converter would supply 13 plus volts when on shore power even if battery is disconnected.

It’s kaput, shot, done, no good!!!

If it’s separate from the fuse/breaker panel, now is a good time to upgrade to one with more amps.
