TV/Cable issue in 2017 359MBI

We have 3 TV’s in our 2017 Cougar 359MBI. The bedroom tv is first in the cable connection and catchs all the cable tv channels. The 2nd bedroom is the 2nd tv in the tv wiring line and catches only half or none of the cable channels. The living room tv is the last in the wiring line and catches no cable channels at all. We brought it and thought it was repaired but apparently it isn’t. Anyone having the same problem? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum!!

I would be looking at the coax from the booster plate going to the other two TVs. Odds are there is one coax on the back attached to the TV2 connection. From there it probably has a splitter somewhere and I suspect either a bad splitter or coax issues. If it’s under warranty, make the dealer fix it.

It is under warranty and we already brought it in said they fixed it?? We are camping now and would like to try and fix this ourselves. Where would the splitter and coax be and can it be easily changed??

Before tearing the rv apart, you did set all tv menus to antenna (booster must be on) or cable (booster off) then scan channels on ALL tvs? This must be done EVERY time you move or change inputs to ALL the tv's.
Not sure anyone will be of much help locating splitters, seems the factory guys like to play hide/seek with them.

Where the tv's are in the line should not make a huge difference on cable as the cable signal should be strong enough to overcome the loss of the splitter. Have you tried OTA (over the air, antenna)? Was the result the same? If so then I'd suspect the splitter being the issue, if not then look elsewhere. Google each televisions brand and model number for more info as some do not come with the required tuner for cable decoding. If it's the cable splitter then it's typically in the wall behind the amplifier with the push button on - off switch. Just a suggestion, when taking the camper in for any work make them demonstrate to you that the work was done/ issue was resolved.
