100+ degree temps on our trip home plus 65 mph winds caused the TPO roof to pull away from the seal at the front cap of the Cougar. It doesn't take much of a crack or penetration to allow air to get under the rubber membrane and inflate the whole front end of the roof like a balloon. CW is trying to hide from this being a warranty issue but fortunately our Cougar is insured and good-ol State Farm said they would stand for the repairs.
Moral of the story, check the front seal material very carefully and often.
