A good dealer will fight for you with the manufacturer no matter who they are. They want your business whether you buy a Keystone or any other manufacturer. Unfortunately Keystone sells thousands of RV's every year so 10 people not buying their product just does not make a ripple with them. Now your dealer fighting with them does make a difference. If they decide that the product is not a good one and they have had to deal with too many unhappy customers makes a difference. They have a lot more pull with them than you or I do. I feel that you need to involve your dealer from the start - we have. We needed new caps for the tires (ours pitted in the first few months), a new sleeper sofa (ours had rips in it). All these things my dealer dealt with Keystone. They have contacts, etc. that the public does not have. Sometimes you can get a dealer that will help you after warranty but Keystone does not have to - unfortunately.
