How do you apply the paste wax, by hand or a random orbit?

Hand, it doesn't take as long as you would think. You don't miss as many spots. But I think its more precise. If you cant wax the whole thing I would just wax the front cap and the stickers.

rubber roof care

They put EPDM roofs on commercial buildings and it lasts for decades. What building washes their roofs?
I read a post where one person said he does nothing to his roof, but will mow it if the grass gets too high.
I don't do anything to my roof and it is not discolored and I never have streaks down the sides.
The rain will wash the roof. Just check the caulking to prevent possible leaks.
Read this about EPDM roofs:

RV or marine suppliers. Camping World just had it on sale for $49 a gallon.
Gallon will do our entire 5er 3 times.

I'm in Liberty TX., just out of Houston. About 15 miles from Galveston Bay, and 40 miles from the Gulf. We have 2 seasons: summer and January.
You also have Specs (downtown one). Lucky guy!

I just got my 5r detailed. I had quotes priced all over the place and settled on a mid pack quote. The job was OK. I suppose you get what you pay for. If I had been doing it all along I suppose the coverage would be better. I am going to try this 303 stuff this year.

I do clean the rubber roof twice a year and it looks like new.
Only applied wash and wax and on the sides so the detail was a big step up but it could be much better.
