Refridgerator Problems

I have a Dometic model DM2863 refer which has a new cooling unit in it which was replaced about a year ago. The refridgerator and freezer works wonderful on 120 volt A/C but doesn't cool very well on "gas" in the fridge but the freezer works great. I've checked the flame and it's burning blue and the trailer is level but it still won't cool on gas. Camping world built a flu damn to direct the hot air out the top of the vent system but it's still not cooling. Does anybody have any experiance with these units. Suggestions appreciated?

Ruffus--Have you tried cleaning out the flue. Soot and rust effect the gas operaion. Remove the baffle from the top of the flue and run a bottle brush up and down the flue.
Protect the burner from debris.
