Installed a new Propane regulator with wired mesh hoses gt; EACH hose has a built in propane gauges so you know exactly how much is in each tank. Can be set to individual drain or simultaneous drain.
Deka RV Battery included holds a good charge, maintained very well over each winter and the water level is checked monthly. This is the original from when I purchased the trailer.

This past fall I removed all 4 stabilizer jacks. I removed the old paint and repainted them with Rustoleum black paint

We have meticulously maintained this trailer. Cleaning it thoroughly after each trip and fixing anything right away.
NOTE: There is a small tear on the linoleum floor about 2" in length . Something got caught under the slide out and tore it. This can be easily repaired.
