Looking for bullet 272bhs upper bunk capacity

Hey all,

Long story short when we brought home our 2015 Bullet 272 BHS I climbed up into the upper bunk to open the window and my knee went through the garbage luan (I'm 5'10" 190) they built it with, so shortly there after I replaced it with some 3/8" plywood (and threw away the luan with it's weight limit sticker.) It's generally a non-issue as the upper bunk has only ever been used by us as a catch all for stuff we don't want to put away in the middle of a camping trip.

Fast forward to this weekend, our niece, nephew, and nephew's girlfriend are going to meet us at the campground for a couple of nights and I need to figure out where to put everyone.

So I was hoping another 272BHS owner could tell me what the weight capacity of the upper bunk is.

Thanks for your time.

We don’t have the exact same layout, but our double bunks say 300 lb capacity, with lower bunk being much more rugged than the top since it sits on a framework

We don’t sell Keystones, but I can say most every upper bunk I’ve seen says 250-300 lbs.
