Tv in loft on your raptor Th

Has anyone did this modification yet ? To do this would you just get a splitter off the tv in garage ?

Yes, use closest location to split. You should use RG6 coaxial wire with that splitter

And you'll need electric as well. Or is there an outlet ran there already?

There is a plug already installed from keystone. They are not hard to wire in off of another plug and run the wire, Already done a couple since ive had it. thanks
