I'd be willing to bet those boards are on a rack of stock parts in the factory, and not all campers take the same board. They may have been drilled for another model unit, some guy grabbed them and said here, these will work, or maybe they were left over from a model change over and they just wanted to use up the stock. The second hole was a rig job. Mine only have one hole.
When I worked in Ohio at the Honda Civic factory a few years ago, the Japanese took great pride in switching model years without shutting down the line. Except one of the temp workers noticed the doors she was supposed to put on the new model cars were doors from last year. Oops. Shut down the line and saved the company a bucket full of $$.

My Son was camping at Dry Gulch and is supposed to be coming home today.

I guess he will just have to take the goat trail home.

2 options up to Golden and catch #1 or down to Cranbrook to #3 then #22.
When are they going to put lights at the 4 way in Bragg Creek? Waited quite a bit about 30 vehicles ahead of us last Tuesday.

He got home this afternoon, took the #1 goat trail.

Depending on which way you are heading, using Hwy 758 is a quicker way around the 4 way. Especially if you are coming from the South, heading North.

So the 4 way at Bragg Creek. The report was filed in 2012 and the GOA have been dragging their heels on it. It is a proposed double roundabout. Here are two links the diagram of this thing and the executive summary.

Today I installed LED's in the fan hood over the stove. A lot more light and less power use. Blew the budget at $14.99.

Today I took off the Trailer Kings and installed the Endurance. There is quite a weight difference between the two.

Trailer King, 7 ply, load range D, 65 PSI with 2540 capacity.

Endurance, 8 ply, load range E, 80 PSI with 2830 capacity.

Got some peace of mind . . . . . . . .

This past Friday I finished installing a 100 watt solar panel on the roof of the 1800. It is feeding a single 12 volt deep cycle. The TT is sitting under a couple of 70 ft. spruce trees and the panel gets little direct sunlight. Even so in the daylight the volts showing are between 13.0 and 13.2, not bad.

Will be giving it a real life test soon.

Installed foam pipe wrap on all of the exposed ½" PEX pipes under the trailer. Started just doing the hot water pipe going to the shower but once under there decided to do them all.

Princess Auto had Camco roof vent covers on sale for $32.99 this week. This afternoon I installed two of them on the 1800. They look like they belong on the roof.

Anyone ever mounted a tv in an 1800RB? The best view would be with it on this wall but it seems kinda flimsy.Click image for larger version

Slip over the divide and spend some time in Alberta, we don't bite !

What is the weather like in the valley ? We are going out to the Left Coast for a bit but want to take the trailer into your country the third week of April.

First of all your prices are too low. We wouldn't know what to do with all of the extra money. Seriously bought the new truck in Red Deer and the new TT in Medicine Hat.

Weather is great. Don't forget we are on the warm side of the Rockies. It says that in the brochures. Canyon Campground is open as are all the golf courses.

2019 1800RB. Finally mounted a TV. Yes, we will be painting the board to match the cabinets. Not tooting my horn or nothing but it turned out pretty good. Trim board, cut to length, from Lowe's. Onn fixed mount from Walmart. Drilled up through the cabinet to run the coax. I'll be putting a grommet there next time I stop at the hardware store. Sometimes you just gotta make it happen.
