240 urs rear slide

Has anyone had any problems with the rear slide not closing complete on the left side the right side is tight seal compressed rubber the left is touching but not tight the camper is out of warranty and has been living in a shed. No problems that I can see cables slides etc I have used 3 in one lube on the cables but I'm stumped at this point we are currently on a trip from Dallas to nc
