Looks like the 2017 models. We have only had a few minor issues with our 320RS - as one would expect from a new RV. Most of the issues I fixed myself. Anything specific you want info on?
We took delivery of our 2017 320RS in April. Most of our trips have been in state parks and have been only for 3-4 days at a time. Only one had full hookups - the rest had only a 30 amp service hookup. We did "dry camp" at the Watkins Glen Race track for 4 days at the end of June and I brought a 2000 watt Honda generator along for limited AC power.
We will be spending a few weeks in Myrtle Beach this fall and 2 months in the winter. This will give it an extended stay shakedown. It will still be under warranty when we return and if we have issues that the dealer will need to address them.

There are a few of us with the 320RS on the forum. Since it's still a fairly new model we are slowly growing in number We haven't had any major problems with our rig yet. Mainly just minor issues, like the MCD roll-up shades. Hopefully they fixed the issues with the shades in the 2018 models.
Hope you enjoy your 320RS as much as we do ours!

Took delivery of our new Avalanche 320RS.
Got it home safely. had a few close calls with couple of 4 wheelers. one even tried to pass on a hill (while we were trying to turn left) and had to run off the roadway on the oncoming traffic shoulder. that was a close one.
It will take a few days to figure out all the new items in the rv. and several more days to sort out all the stuff removed from the old RV. and restock the new rig.
will send pic as soon as we can get some taken.

Moving things from the old to the new unit is one of those things that can be stressful yet exciting at the same time. Pics when you can.

Congrats on picking up the 320 Tex. it took us awhile to get it stocked, figure out what accessories it might need and do a few of our own mods. For example, we installed the TV in the bedroom ourselves, added the rear observation camera, etc. Let us know if you need help with anything and happy camping!

Thank you for the congrats,
Transferring the "STUFF" that was removed from the old unit will be a task in itself. we had totally unloaded the old unit before taking it to the dealership. We cannot believe the amount of stuff that we had loaded into the old unit over the past 12 years. we actually had cleared some every now and then. half of our porch is covered. 3/4ths of my office floor is covered and part of our dining room is covered. we have decided to clean out and downsize the main items , the spare items and backup items will be left out. only what we actually need.
With a new RV we should not need spare parts yet.

Question on the 320rs's
where they cut the sidewalls for the refrig. vents, did they seal the exposed wood edge or just leave it raw to the elements. The lower refrig. vent they did seal some of the exposed wood. also where they put the access hole in the bottom of the water hookup compartment to pull the water hose in for hookup, exposed wood not sealed.
I have purchased some liquid rubber paint similar to flex seal except I can paint on with a brush.

Most of what is to be left out is only what don't fit anything on the new rv. old parts, old hoses and hopefully this will stop any jinx...LOL

Well the hole for the water hose access should have a plastic insert where you can screw on covers on both the bottom and top of the hole to keep out mice and other critters when it's not being used. Or am I misunderstanding your question?

Many areas were not sealed to my liking.
The lower and upper compartment of the frig - I sealed and then painted the bare wood.
Front storage are - sealed from the inside and outside.
Water compartment - did some additional sealing.
Re-painted the frame where it was visible.

While hooking up to the TV at the dealership, my new rv is slightly nose down. Having the B&W companion hitch and a flat bed body. B&W does not have any height adjustment. This means that I will have to adjust the pin box height. have one hole left, hopefully it will be enough.

Stop at Davis truck stop in VA and checked the weight of our Avalanche at the CAT scale:
Steer Axle - 4,900 lbs
Drive Axle - 6,580 lbs
Trailer Axles - 10,500 lbs
Gross weight - 21,980 lbs
Full tank of fuel, 1/3 tank of water and other tanks empty. Two adults and a small dog in the cab of the truck.

Looks like another place to check ours - have driven through some heavy rain and didn't see "allot" of water in the compartment.

took to dealer and had some other warranty work done. also the were able to find water leak on the cargo door. wound up being the compartment door catch tabs on the wall above the door leaking. they resealed the catch tabs for the magnetic catches
