Smile Hello fellow travelers

We just bought our first tt and are loving it so much! We used to travel in a smallmotor home. We bought a new to us 2005 cougar 243rks tt. What a difference from a motorhome!!!! Taking a 10 day trip soon and wish it was now. All we need is to replace the bed and all will be perfect. Looking forward to getting lots of good info from this site!
Happy camping all!!!

Hello and Welcome. Tell us why you like the TT better than the MH, just curious as to the pros and cons. Enjoy.

Welcome from Ridgefield, We are also heading out in 10 days for lake Shasta and can't wait to pull out of the driveway. Enjoy the TT and let us know how the first trip goes.

Catslar -
Welcome to the group and best of luck with your new-to-you RV. Hopefully, you will find that very elusive "perfect RV" when you replace the bed but don't be surprised or disappointed if a gremlin appears every so often. I once wished that "everything would be perfect" in our RV but gave up long, long time ago.

Thumbs up Thanks to all for the welcome!

Reasons we love the TT over our little motorhome as follows....
Was to small to tow anything so once camp is set up you are stuck.
No slides so very small inside. All living done outside in all weather.
My dh could only stand up in the front entry cause of his height!
Has an oven and 3 burner stove, big fridge and a freezer, big 2 side sink!!!
Full bathroom with a stand up shower.
A bed we can walk around.
So many great things!

Happy wife happy life!!!

Cant wait for the big trip and a new mattress!

Understand the "not ever perfect" cause our motorome was always surprizing us on trips. That is part of the fun of an RV camping experiance and can sometimes make for interesting side trips and extra days on vacation!
