Winterizing 2023 368mbi

First year winterizing a 2023 368 MBI with tankless on command water heater. We don't have a bypass valve and all YouTube videos seem to show that. If we hook a hose to the antifreeze and hook it into the RV through the winterize port switch the valve to winterize and turn on the pump will that bring antifreeze through the water heater? Also I don't see a water heater drain. I see a relief valve but no drain. where do I drain the water heater?

Thanks for the effort. I have the owner's and I read it completely. Very vague and doesn't answer my questions. I 2S hoping someone could just explain the steps and how it works.
