So how do I winterize my new fifth wheel?

19 cougar 369.. I have a panel that has a Winterize on it that looks like you can thread a hose into it, along with the water heater bypass etc. Im excited about this because my previous RVS I had to climb under beds and un screw panels to bypass the hotwater heater.
So how exactly does this system work? DOes it siphon from a gallon container,Doubtful, but I dunno, or what do I need to do? Much different than previous RVS.
