Help! Where is this leak coming from?

Pic in first post shows the window above the damage. On the bottom of the window there should be a frame trim piece that attaches to the inside of that window I believe - is it missing or ?

Oh you mean the first pic. I had it off to see if there was evidence of water coming in around the window frame. There wasn't.

So of the 4 upper awning bolts, the bottom right one wasn't tight against the arm, and there was a visible gap in the lock washers. Turns out it's stripped and won't get tight. I jammed a bunch of silicone in the hole and between the bolt head and washers to seal it up, and will fix the stripped hole after this weekend. Maybe JB weld in there?

Fingers crossed it's the culprit. Thanks for all the great responses, I'll keep you updated. Leaving a fan on the floor all night before laying the vinyl back down for the weekend.

i’m thinking water is running down the door frame and under the aluminum sill plate..that’s an odd looking sill plate to me..if it’s not sealed where it hits the frame water will run right under and along the wall

Your vintage trailer also has a known leak point along the top of the front storage compartment doors. Two aluminum extrusions butt up against each other and do not seal.

FWIW, seal plate looks similar to my 2021 Passport. Mine is cheesy, but haven't noticed any leaks.

Pretty common looking sill plate to me. If you have steps that fold in thru the door there will be a completely different looking sill.

Spray higher.
Water possibly seeping down from roof or roof, wall seams.

Spraying and pouring water from above might not show immediate wetness.
If it was leaking that bad your situation would be much worse. But this does need immediate attention.

Unless you see crack or separation above to identify entry… Maybe go ahead and commit to carefully removing inside trim and that panel to identify the path of the water.
If insulation is wet or been wet replace it. Open up the space to air out and keep mold out.

I have a new version of that Bullet (273 BHS). I had a very similar issue with the top rear awning bracket. The two top screws were lose and the bracket was pulled slightly away from the wall. Had a driving rainstorm and had water seeping out of the base of the bathroom door frame. It did not seep under the floor but probable would have had I not noticed the issue after the storm. Removed screws (threads were stripped), was able to get butyl tape behind bracket and used larger screws to secure it. Then siliconed around the bracket. No more leaks.
