water pump not working

I have a new 2021 hideout 178rb. The water tank emptied out while the water pump was on. I turned off the pump via the panel, filled up the tank, turned the pump on via the panel switch and it's not pumping any water. I can hear the pump motor activate when I turn it on but it's not pumping any water out of any faucet. I'm not sure how to proceed. Possibly the lines need to be bled since air got in them when the water ran out????

They’re supposed to be self priming. Sometimes it takes a bit to get the air cleared out. Try cycling it a few times for 10 seconds or so each time. I’ve heard of some where people had to dump some water into the pump to prime it, but I’ve never had that issue.

Turn the pump off, open a faucet to release any pressure in the lines. Close the faucet. Now turn the pump on, it will not pressurize yet. Leave the pump running, now open a faucet. It will start pumping.
