Slide Out Shudder

I camped with my trailer a few inches unlevel side to side and I put my slides out. My kitchen side which was the low side has picked up a shudder when I open and close it. It's more evident when it's mostly in. Now that I am perfectly level I am still getting the shudder. Today is the third time in/out since this started.

The cable system looks ok.

Is this a sign that something is misaligned down below? Or is this possibly some lack of lubrication in the cable system?

I haven't lubed anything since I bought the trailer last summer. I have some dry lube I planned on using but haven't done anything yet.

Probably lots of possibilities, but I did get a shudder in my 19RB slide. I used baby power on the seals and on darcon on the bottom of the slide. Once or twice a year and no more shudder. Put powder in a sock and used that to apply.

We had a shrudder on the main big kitchen slide (cable) for over a year. On another slide, the cable broke. Took it to our RV repair shop to fix the cable and had them inspect all the slides. They tweeked them all. But the main slide with the shrudder ended up having 2 issues.

First, the original motor and gear box above the slide was installed crooked. It wasn't level. That resulted in a tooth shearing off in the gear box attached ot the motor. They realigned the motor, replaced the gear in the gear box, and adjusted the cables again. When we got it back, the slide moved wonderful again.

Don't know what may be causing your problem, but there are lots of variables. And oh, by the way, I tried lubing the seals. It did not help as the real culprit was a broken gear tooth.
