The Keystone RV 3 year structural warranty program started with all trailers built after September 1, 2017. Your trailer, a 2018 could have been built before or after that date. The "date of manufacture" is on the weight/tire certification decals that are located on the front roadside corner of your trailer.
Depending on when it was manufactured AND depending on when you bought it, it may still be covered by the structural warranty. If there is a documented history of tire/axle/suspension problems, you may get some help from either Keystone or from Lippert (who built the chassis)....
The FIRST place to get help would be the dealership where you bought the trailer and then from Keystone's Customer Service and Lippert's Customer Service. I'd start by notifying the dealership TODAY of the problems, make an appointment to talk to the service manager (no need to make a service appointment for the trayler, just an appointment to discuss options) and then see what he says. Depending on the answers you get, move up the chain to Keystone and Lippert...
KEEP IN MIND, IF YOU CALL KEYSTONE BEFORE TALKING TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEIR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WILL BE, "CONTACT YOUR DEALER".. So, cut out the "middleman frustration" and simply start where they're going to tell you to start.....
