Gray Tank Question

Ok, I'm confused! All Keystone literature and all specs that I have found online reflect that my 2021 Keystone trailer (Cougar 25RDS) has one 60 gallon gray water tank. So then why do I have two separate gray tank dump ports, one of which is aligned with the bathroom sink & shower (and fills up more quickly) and the other is aligned with the kitchen sink (and fills up slowly). Both tanks are reflected "separately" in my In-Command Display? I have two tanks, not one: Are they each 60 gallon holding tanks or are they each 30 gallon? Very strange, I always expect "specs" to be unambiguous... welcome to the world of RVs!

Much appreciated!

On my fusion it list one grey tank at 86 gallons when in fact I have 2 at 43 gallons each. Bath one always fills up faster from showers. The back one is just kitchen sink and washer for mine.

Welcome to the forum

It’s common for all RV manufacturers to list “capacities” not how many tanks.

Standard vs. Best practice

Interesting to hear that this is a standard practice.
Thanks for the feedback.
