Norcold Residential Size Fridge Fan Issue

We have a 2020 35' Montana Model 3120RL. We recently had one of the fans located just behind the freezer come off, fall down between the coils and impede the ability of the small horizontally mounted fan near the base of the fridge causing the fridge not to cool. Thankfully, this occurred a day prior to our warranty expiring so it's being replaced.

My question is has any one else had issues with these fan blades coming off? I'm trying to gauge whether or not this is a "one off" issues, or something that is more widespread.

The only problem we had was the thermostat snap switch at the top attached to the fins had failed which didn't allow the fans to run, but never had a fan fall or come apart. We also added the ARP device with two fans controlled by the device which moves additional air. Ours is the 1210 model, but the fans are the same.
