Bad battery or Convertor?

So since the Hurricane passed through we lost power, so I plugged the rv into our generator. Since then the LP Gas alarm was going off. didn't smell any so I took the fuse out to silence the alarm. Since pluggin camper back into the house (power restored), I checked the LP alarm again, Green LED but an audible alarm, So I checked the forum and found that a low battery can cause this. So I checked the battery voltage, its was at 13.5 or so, Also checked the converter by removing the cables and reading the volatage there, 13.6, Is my converter overcharging the battery? due to a bad battery? Any ideas? or just a bad LP Alarm?

Thanks in advance

Reed
