Converter Charging Capabilities?

I was not sure where to post this but I thought that those doing mods might have some experience. We recently purchased a 2010 Laredo 316RL. I saw a youtube video indicating the 2010's came with a converter with a three stage charger. If you are familiar with these converters can you tell me what the mfg and model # is? I'm really wondering what amps the charger puts out and how long it might take to charge the battery(s) when plugged in to a 15amp house circuit? I also wondered if anyone has an idea how long it would take to charge using a Honda eu3000. And any other helpful information would be appreciated.

If you have your unit at your house, why not go out to it and have a look at the converter? It will tell you who made it and its model number. There should also be a build sheet provided by Keystone with the converter and other appliances in it outlining the make and model numbers of each.

Once you find out what make and model it is, go online to their site and download the owner's manual which will describe how many volts it puts out in each of the three charging stages.

What a concept! Thanks for the advice. Bad thing is no build sheet or manual in the packet. Good thing, found the name and model # on the distribution box. WFC #8955PEC. Thanks to the internet I found all I needed, (I think). Thanks for the kickstart!! Sometimes I can be a hazard to myself.

Glad to hear that you found the information you were looking for. In regards to the build sheet, it may have got lost in the shuffle between the dealers and the previous owners.

WFCO is Keystone's standard "go to" converter. Some folks have replaced the WFCO with a better quality unit but so far, I haven't experienced any problems with ours.
