Porch light fuse location?

I was replacing the blue LED light strip which is on our "porch light" switch. I had 12V all throughout the job until the strip was damaged and the last 18" of it was out. While removing that section, I am pretty sure I blew the fuse (somewhere). I no longer have 12V at the leads emerging from the trailer at the awning.

I checked every fuse in the main fuse panel and am stumped. they are all intact. The light inside the switch itself turns on and off when i flip it, but no voltage outside. Is there a fuse buried somewhere that I am not seeing?

There may be an inline fuse behind the switch.

Ah Ha! I pulled the switch panel, and buried in the mess of wires was an in-line 3A fuse which is indeed blown. I will replace this today and see if that is the issue.

Thanks a million Chuck. I owe you a beer...

I have a 2014 keystone passport ultra light grand touring. I just bought it, am camping for the first time. My ceiling light and porch lights are not working. I replaced the two switches. Replaced bulbs. I noticed the old switches and the new switched do no alluminate. I saw this tread and pulled the switch panel and am not finding this fuse. I watched a video, and his was down in the wall opening. My wires ran up, and I didn't feel any fuse as far as I could reach. I did find one small red wire not hooked to anything although I did not see another bare wire that it might go to.

Does that red wire have a connector on the end? If so test for 12V and if you have voltage, it may be the power wire for your lights.

It’s not uncommon for a series of switches to share a single power source with a jumper between them.

There is no connector on the red wire. I can test it when I get home, though. There are jumper wires that are white running to all switches. I just find it odd that I can't find it. I don't have this 3amp fuse. Camper is doing the same thing. No porch or ceiling light, bith porch and ceiling switches do not illuminate but all other lights work

Did the fuse have a red wire on both sides or did it just run into the fuse
