Will just turning the battery shut off switch work for disconnecting the battery…Assume may be a dumb question

No, the battery shutoff switch DOES NOT disconnect the In-Command system. You will need to actually DISCONNECT THE BATTERY CABLES and UNPLUG THE SHORE POWER CORD (or turn off the main trailer 50 amp circuit breaker)... I'd recommend turning off the shore power circuit breaker (at the campground pedestal) and unplugging the shore power cable with disconnecting the batteries.

There are no "short cuts" on removing total power. You have to do it the "old school way"... Switches hidden behind a panel door won't work...
