I believe that if you open the lower cupboard door in the roadside rear corner of your trailer, you'll see that it has a "false panel" on the bottom half. There are two screws holding that panel in place. One on the top and one on the bottom. Remove those screws and the panel will pull away from the cupboard. in that space you'll find the back of the docking station. FIRST REMOVE ALL WATER PRESSURE by removing the city water hose and turning off the water pump (also located in that same space). Turn on a cold water faucet to bleed down the pressure, then unscrew the two water connections to the back of that faucet, unscrew the holding nuts and the faucet will pull out of the docking station. Take it to the parts counter to find a replacement and reverse the procedure. While you're in there, it's a perfect time to install a FloJet strainer to protect your water pump, all the valves in the faucets and the strainers/aerators from debris that's almost always found in the fresh water tank. You can buy a FloJet strainer on Amazon for about $8 or from any RV parts store for around $15.
