We use a water hose, an extendable handle with a brush I got from the local hardware store, and the soap that came in the cleaning kit when we bought our fifth wheel. My wife controls the water and rinsing, I do the scrubbing.
We clean the glass windows with Safelite glass cleaner and newspaper.
It takes about an hour all said and done to do the whole thing and we're not in any hurry.

We did just that with our Holiday Rambler. The "pro" we hired used ZEP floor wax remover because it cleaned all the black streaks really well. If you can imagine a "white acrylic painted aluminum wall" with no clearcoat and no wax... Our trailer looked like a "30 year old box" with its dull finish, no clearcoat and no sheen on the paint. From that day until we sold the trailer, I was forced to use Polycoat finish (floor wax) every 6 months to keep the trailer presentable in the Louisiana sun....

So, even if you "hire someone to do it" BE SURE THEY KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING AND USE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, CLEANERS.
