If you have a good, reputable, local agent to go to bat for you, your claim headaches will be non-existent. That is, providing your claim is legit and you aren't having unreasonable expectations.

I know this is an old thread, but I'll share my 2 cent.
X2 on a good local agent. I have my home, auto, & trailer through Oklahoma Farm Bureau, and while my rates are a tad bit higher then some of the other quotes I have looked at to me it is worth a few $ to be able to pick up the phone & get the answers & help I need from a real live person who lives & works in my community & knows us.
