They have to be gfi protected, that's it. Could be individual gfi outlets, daisy chained outlets behind a gfi, gfi breaker...

either is good…the gfci breaker is a more robust, complete protection on the entire circuit though and costs more then an individual gfci outlet. They both can protect multiple outlets in a chain …a gfci outlet will protect everything after it that is wired to the load side of it

If you have a dedicated GFI breaker, then you won't have outlets with GFI buttons on them. It's a perfectly valid option, it's just more expensive and isn't often seen on trailers.
