Slide out not sliding out even

I’ve got a 2017 Montana High Country with 5 slides. My large dining room slide will not slide out evenly. It gets about a foot out and then the top part continues to slide out, but the bottom basically stops. What should I be looking for?

Darren - do you know if the slide in question is a cable slide or a Schwintek or a hydraulic slide? Or provide the model of your Montana. For example - the pic below shows cable slides for this unit.
